Global Creative Director of Product and Development 2014-2017
Outdoor clothing specialists, since 1973, based in California, USA

From March 2014 oversaw all clothing design and a team of 40+ Designers and 40 Developers, directing Technical teams of designers specialized in Sportswear, Surf/Swim, Ski, Trail/Running, Climbing, Fishing, Equipment, Accessories, Kids and Logo. 


Key achievements

Seeing the business grow from $650million to $1billion.

• Implemented seasonal concepts and product stories
• Created a structured textile department
• Set up an additional workspace and design studio space used to share each seasons design process. 
• Oversaw all Graphics, illustration and branding
• Built Pattern and Fit specialists team to realign all size and fit matrix across the line
• Encouraged all new designs and first prototypes to be developed in-house
• Co-arranged Patagonia’s sales launch fashion shows and music. 
• Established range of hemp focused workwear clothing, building strong and durable clothing to last. 
• Created design capsules of innovative products to test markets and worked closely with Marketing teams in promoting the sustainable stories which inspired them.
